This Acorn 8K static RAM card is from my System 4. The part no. is 200,003 Issue 3. The RAM chips are MM2114N-L which are NMOS 1024 x 4 bits (i.e. 512 byte) 450ns chips.

This Acorn 8K static RAM eurocard is from my System 3. The part no. is 200,003 issue 3. It has 2 x HM6264P-15 RAM devices instead of the EPROMs and you can see the wiring which maps the RAM to addresses 6000-BFFF in the middle bottom.

The Acorn 8K Static RAM card offers 8K of static RAM plus 2 sockets which each can accept a 4K ROM or EPROM. The 8K RAM bank and the 8K ROM bank can be independently located in memory to commence in 8K intervals throughout the memory map e.g. each may commence at hex 0, 2000, 4000, etc. through to E000.
