The Doomsday ROM fixes the Year 2000 problem for the BBC microcomputer series, on the 1st Jan 2000 the computer's clock wrapped round to 1st January 1900. The Doomsday ROM extends the century range to 1 Jan 1900 to Dec 31st 2299. It also stores the Timezone (relative to UTC) and DST flag.
