Owing to the success and throughput of Acorn's electronic mail support channel at customer.servi...@acorn.co.uk, the system has now been integrated with our other support mechanisms. This means that email sent to this alias will be distributed to and answered by all members of the Customer Services department, and this will hopefully result in an improved message turnaround time for you, and improved message logging and referencing facilities for us.
