Clan Acorn '94

Clan Acorn '94, Acorn's enthusiast club for people who use Acorn computers
as a hobby was launched to a surge of demand at Acorn World '94 in London.  
At times queues reached about 25m in length as applications to join were
processed.  Acorn are now offering the chance to join the Clan to those who
were not at the show, or who could not find the time to apply at Acorn
World.

Members receive a pack containing data at a technical level about Acorn's
current products, some details about forthcoming products and some
information about technologies Acorn is investigating and experimenting with
in our labs.

In addition, members receive a Risc PC lapel pin, a Clan T-shirt, mousemat
and disc of utilities and technical information including the ARM Cookbook -
Advanced RISC Machine's hints and tips on programming the ARM range of
processors.

Over the coming year, members will receive early information about
developments from Acorn, new products and new technologies.  There will be
special offers limited to members of the Clan, competitions and further
opportunities to meet the people who work at Acorn.

Membership is set at a one-time fee of GBP 15 including postage in the UK,
A$40 in Australia, or NZ$45 in New Zealand.

As a special offer, applicant can receive the pack including the T-shirt,
pin and information together with a limited edition Clan Acorn '94
sweatshirt for just GBP 20 (A$50, NZ$60).
