Subject: Contacting Acorn

Any email being sent to Acorn for the attention of the Customer Services
department should be emailed to:

                customer.services@acorn.co.uk

Do not use support@acorn.co.uk, which has been mentioned in several postings
recently - if you have sent anything to there and not had a reply please
resend it to the customer.services address.

Note that email messages are dealt with under the same system as enquiries
received via other routes and therefore may not be answered any quicker.

Don't forget that from Wednesday 18th August Acorn's new address will be:

Phone numbers are unchanged, and post sent to the Fulbourn Road or Newmarket
Road addresses will be forwarded for a period. The Training Centre remains
at Unit 5.

The company is effectively closed from 13.00 on Friday until (hopefully)
09.00 on Wednesday 18th. Phone lines, including the Customer Service enquiry
lines, will not be operational during this period.
