The Atomwide 8Meg RAM Upgrade for A440, R140 & A410/1 consists of 2 boards, the first contains 2 MEMC1a ICs and plugs into the MEMC socket on the motherboard, the second contains the RAM and occupied a podule slot. The RAM board contains 8 x HM514400Z (1M x 4bits) giving 4 MB. The remaining 4 MB are on the motherboard.
