This is an IDE interface for the A3000 made by Baildon Electronics for Focus IT. The circuit board says it is version V6B (C) 1996. It is a development of the ICS ideA interface. The card could support an interal 2.5" disc drive above the ICs on the top of the card or an external hard disc.
