The Solidisk Master Mega card (256K) plugs into a Master 128 cartridge slot and adds 256K of RAM. The card can be used as a RAM disk, printer buffer or Sideways RAM. There is a manager ROM on the card and 8 x HM50256P-12 256kx1 DRAM chips.
