These two pictures show the EtherLan 200 which fits in an A3000 behind the serial port. A Media Attachement Unit (MAU) is conected externally to the serial port to complete the connection. The EtherLan 200 uses the EtherH 8 bit driver.

This EtherLan 200 MAU is a 1st generation MAU for the EtherLAN 200 Ethernet interface. There was also a 10BaseT MAU with an RJ45 connection. The computer end plugs into the A3000 serial port and the 2 screws visible in the computer end lock it in place. The network end is connected to a BNC plug on the end of a coax network cable.
