If you no longer have an original copy, or a good backup, of the Filestore Utilities discs with an unaltered Passwords file there are a number of possibilities. 1c. Purchase some new ones from your dealer. (You may have to do this if you have no backups of the data on the hard disc.) 2c. Format some new discs and use these instead. It could well be that you have removed the password file from your Filestore Utilities discs for security reasons. If this is the case then format some new discs and use those to provide a clean ‘ password file. If you are still unable to logon to the Filestore hard disc then it is likely that the hard disc will need reformatting and you should contact your dealer who will be able to arrange this for you.
