wider developer community, we are pleased to announce that a document 
detailing the API of the Freeway module has been released for public 
consumption. This document may be viewed as

ftp.acorn.co.uk (anonymous login) as /pub/documents/api/freeway and all 
software authors are encouraged to make use of calls to the Freeway module 
where relevant. 

The Freeway module is copyright Acorn Computers Ltd, and unauthorised 
distribution of the module is prohibited; if you have a need to distribute 
this module as part of a commercial software release please contact ART to 
discuss licensing. 

Further API documentation on other modules will be released on an aperiodic 
basis; such releases will be announced here on comp.sys.acorn.announce. 

The Freeway API document and the API it describes are subject to change 
without notice.
