IFEL A3000 MABE 4 MB Upgrade
This upgrade from IFEL has 24 x 256K RAM chips providing an additional 3MB to upgrade an A3000 to 4 MB total RAM. There is a fly lead on the left to connect to the motherboard (but I don't have the instructions to show where it connects).
