The Vine Micros Master OS Overlay Board was designed to allow extra ROMs to be installed in the Master which will be used instead of those in the 1Mbit ROM. It provides 3 extra ROM sockets and the ROMs replaced are selected with the connectors on the green/blue/purple cable. I do not know what the black and greywires soldered on the bottom of the board are for.
